These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the phjo online gaming platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of phjo, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. Please read carefully before playing.

By accessing the phjo platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with phjo's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phjo platform and close your Account. Continued use of phjo following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms are written in English in accordance with phjo's operation as an English-language platform targeting the Philippine market. Where any inconsistency arises between an English-language interpretation and a translation, the English text prevails.
Access to and participation in gaming activities on phjo is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age requirement is established by PAGCOR regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming in the Philippines and is non-negotiable.
Any individual who is under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited from registering an Account or engaging in any gaming activity on phjo. phjo reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. phjo is operated for and targeted at users located in the Philippines. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of phjo complies with the laws applicable in their location. phjo does not represent that the platform is available or appropriate for use outside the Philippines.
By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law, that you are not a person who has been previously excluded from phjo or from gaming activities under PAGCOR rules, and that your use of phjo does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or court order.
Directors, officers, employees, and contractors of phjo, and their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in gaming activities on the phjo platform.
Each Player may hold only one Account on phjo. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phjo reserves the right to suspend all such Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information reasonably requested during registration or KYC. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs) associated with your Account. phjo staff will never request your OTP or password. You must immediately notify phjo's support team via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
Your phjo Account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any third party — including family members — to access or operate your Account on your behalf. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether by you or any unauthorized third party, is your responsibility.

phjo is required under PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification for all players. While Players may deposit and play following registration, withdrawal of funds is not permitted until KYC verification has been successfully completed.
Players must submit a clear photographic image of one valid Philippine government-issued photo ID. Acceptable documents include:
Standard KYC verification is completed within one (1) to two (2) hours of submission during normal operating hours. Complex cases may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. Players will be notified via their registered mobile number or platform notification when verification is complete.
phjo reserves the right to request additional documentation or information at any time, including proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.
All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals on phjo are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). phjo does not accept foreign currency deposits, and no currency conversion is performed on the player-facing platform.
Deposits made via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and Coins.ph are credited to your phjo Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) and cash deposits (7-Eleven) are credited within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes of payment confirmation.
phjo holds player funds in segregated accounts, separate from operating funds. This ensures that player balances are protected from operational use and remain available for withdrawal subject to these Terms.
Players may set voluntary deposit limits on their Accounts at any time through Account Settings. Players are encouraged to use deposit limits as a responsible gaming tool. Any increase to deposit limits is subject to a mandatory twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period before the new limit takes effect.
Never deposit more than you can afford to lose. Gaming at phjo carries inherent financial risk. Please use the deposit limit tools in your Account Settings to manage your spend responsibly.
Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Accounts are in good standing. Players must be 21 years of age or older to request a withdrawal.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours. USDT withdrawals are processed within thirty (30) minutes to the Player's designated wallet address.
phjo reserves the right to conduct additional review of withdrawal requests, including requesting supporting documentation, particularly for large withdrawals or where the withdrawal amount exceeds amounts reasonably explainable by the Player's deposit history and gameplay. Such reviews are conducted in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations.
Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are not withdrawable as cash until the applicable wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion's terms have been fulfilled. Only Real Money Funds and converted bonus winnings (post-wagering-requirement completion) are eligible for withdrawal.
Each game available on the phjo platform is governed by its specific game rules, which are accessible through the game information panel prior to play. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.
A bet or wager is final and binding once confirmed by the phjo system. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet details — including the selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming any wager. phjo does not accept cancellations or amendments to confirmed bets except where expressly provided for in the specific game's rules or where an obvious technical error has occurred.
In-play and live betting markets at phjo reflect real-time event data. phjo reserves the right to suspend, delay, or cancel live betting markets at any time, including where data feeds are unavailable, where events are suspended or cancelled, or where phjo has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular betting patterns.
In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical failure that materially affects the outcome of a bet or game round, phjo reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. Malfunctions void all pays and plays where the malfunction resulted in an incorrect game outcome. phjo's decision in such matters is final.
phjo reserves the right to correct obvious errors in odds, game configurations, bonus calculations, or displayed information. Where a Player has benefited from an obvious error — whether through inflated odds, incorrect payout multipliers, or other manifest mistakes — phjo reserves the right to void affected bets, recover incorrectly credited funds, or apply corrected outcomes.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other promotional benefits offered by phjo ("Promotions") are subject to these general Terms and any additional specific terms attached to the individual Promotion. Players must review the specific terms of each Promotion before accepting it.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements stated in each Promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements specify how many times a Player must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the Promotion) before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. phjo will clearly state the applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each Promotion.
phjo reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or recover any bonus or promotional benefit where there is reasonable evidence that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Promotion more than once, systematic exploitation of promotional terms through low-risk betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or any form of collusion or coordination with other Players to abuse phjo's Promotional offers.
phjo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to ongoing Promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to Players' Accounts at the time of the change, provided the Player was not in violation of the Promotion's terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phjo and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
phjo reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close Accounts found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold or forfeit any balance in such Accounts (including Real Money Funds where permitted by law), report suspected illegal activity to PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law enforcement authorities, and pursue legal remedies available under Philippine law.

Players who request self-exclusion will have their Accounts suspended with immediate effect for the requested duration. During a self-exclusion period, phjo will make reasonable efforts to ensure the excluded Player does not receive promotional communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period expires. Player balances are preserved throughout the self-exclusion period.

All content on the phjo platform — including but not limited to the phjo brand name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces and graphics, software, text, images, and promotional materials — is the property of phjo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the phjo platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any phjo content without phjo's express written permission.
Any unauthorized use of phjo's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute infringement under Philippine intellectual property law.
phjo does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. The platform may be subject to scheduled maintenance, unplanned downtime, or disruptions outside phjo's reasonable control. phjo will use reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
phjo is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by Players through gaming activity on the platform. All gaming involves financial risk. Players participate at their own risk and are solely responsible for managing their gaming spend. phjo's liability to any individual Player is limited to the return of any deposit balance in the Player's Account that is confirmed as belonging to that Player following any applicable investigations.
phjo is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, war, labor disputes, internet service provider failures, telecommunications failures, power outages, or other force majeure events.
phjo integrates with third-party payment processors (including GCash, Maya, and Philippine banks), game providers, and data suppliers. phjo is not responsible for failures, delays, or errors caused by third-party services, including delays in GCash or bank transfer processing that are outside phjo's control.
phjo reserves the right to suspend or close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where phjo has reasonable grounds to believe the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where phjo is required to do so for compliance, regulatory, or legal reasons.
Players may close their phjo Account at any time by contacting phjo's 24/7 live chat support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money balance (following completion of any pending withdrawals and applicable review procedures) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.
Upon Account termination, the Player's license to use the phjo platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including provisions on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — remain in full force after Account closure.
phjo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via notification on the phjo platform and, where practicable, via SMS to the Player's registered mobile number, with reasonable advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the phjo platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using phjo and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.2.

These Terms, your Account, and your use of the phjo platform are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations. Philippine law applies without regard to conflict-of-law principles that might otherwise result in the application of another jurisdiction's laws.
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of phjo, you should first contact phjo's customer support team via the 24/7 live chat to attempt resolution. phjo is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes where applicable under PAGCOR regulations.
As an entity operating within the PAGCOR regulatory framework, phjo is subject to PAGCOR's oversight and dispute resolution authority with respect to gaming-related complaints. Players may, where eligible under PAGCOR regulations, seek recourse through PAGCOR's formal complaint processes.
