Use a unique password for your phjo account, never share your OTP with anyone (phjo staff will never ask for your OTP), and log out from shared devices. phjo is strictly intended for adults who are 21 years of age or older under PAGCOR regulations. phjo does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under 21 years of age. The 21+ minimum age is enforced through KYC identity and age verification using Philippine government-issued IDs.
If phjo discovers that an account has been registered by an individual under 21 years of age, phjo will immediately suspend the account, delete or restrict the processing of all Personal Data associated with it to the minimum necessary for legal compliance, and return any deposited funds. Any such account will be reported to PAGCOR in accordance with phjo's regulatory obligations.

phjo's primary operations and data storage infrastructure are hosted within data centers that maintain security and data protection standards consistent with Philippine law. Where phjo uses third-party service providers whose infrastructure is located outside the Philippines — such as certain cloud services or technology partners — such transfers are conducted under appropriate safeguards, including contractual data processing agreements that require the recipient to maintain data protection standards equivalent to those required by the DPA 2012.
phjo will not transfer your Personal Data to a foreign jurisdiction that does not provide an adequate level of protection without implementing appropriate safeguards to protect your privacy rights. You may request information about the specific safeguards applied to any cross-border transfer of your data by contacting phjo's DPO.
phjo reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations under Philippine law, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to Players via a prominent notice on the phjo platform and, where practicable, via SMS to registered Philippine mobile numbers, with reasonable advance notice before changes take effect.
The current version of this Privacy Policy, clearly marked with its effective date, is always available at phjo.club/privacy-policy. Your continued use of the phjo platform after the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the changes.
